Shipping & Delivery
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. ALL items will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. Where possible tracking information will be provided.Shipping outside the European Union is not possible due to phytosanitary certification being required.
We offer the following shipping methods to meet your needs:
Postage Royal Mail for small plants and packets. Seedlings can be bare rooted and sent cheaply by personal email request.
Courier for individual plants to 2 metres high including pot and max. 31 kg.
Pallet delivery for unlimited plant length and weight.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order within the website. The costs are calculated from a formula so we urge you to contact us personally by email to review the shipping quote if you feel it is excessive .
Delivery time varies per country and per shipping method.
Returns & Replacements
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days after receipt of the products. After this time the products and invoice are automatically approved and no further returns can be done. If the return is accepted, Hardypalms has the choice to substitute the product, on return of the damaged product, either with a replacement of same product and value or to issue a refund, without any further compensation. Returning the products will be at the expense of the buyer.
As the transport is done via external companies, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or delay that can occur during this transport (only the standard CRM conditions for transport will apply).

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Normally, Bank card or Paypal will be the preferred payment option , however, clients are able to pay by cheque , bank transfer, or cash in the case of a visit to the nursery.
